Steady growth over decades
In 2002, two men founded Genfabco in a small building. The partners brought with them extensive engineering experience and a vision to offer high-quality titanium fabrications, fast deliveries and competitive prices.
Since then, Genfabco has moved multiple times because we outgrow every new building we move into. We are a family-owned business that prioritizes service and loyalty to clients above all else. This has ensured that our business thrives primarily through word of mouth and the strength of our reputation.
Today, Genfabco is one of North America’s premier exotic alloys fabricator. We work with an extensive network of expert consultants with whom we collaborate regularly to solve our customer’s unique challenges.
Our facility
Genfabco has grown steadily as business has expanded. Today, we operate a 25,000-square-foot facility that includes the following:
- Two clean bays that enable us to avoid cross-contamination by keeping titanium and tantalum away from high-end nickel alloys.
- Four 15- and 20-ton overhead cranes that provide the clean bays with flexibility and lifting power.
- A variety of automatic pipe and vessel-handling equipment that support up to four stations and provide GTAW, GMAW and SAW welding.
- In-house CNC machining that provides milling, turning and other services to the fabrication group.

Our certifications
Genfabco is certified by the ASME and Technical Standards & Safety Authority of Ontario for:
- Shop assembly and field work erection of power and process piping according to ASME B31.1 and B31.3, respectively
- Manufacturing of pressure vessels in accordance with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII, Division 1 and CSA Standard B51, Boiler, Pressure Vessel and Pressure Piping Code
- Fabrication of welded and non-welded Category A, B, C and E type fittings in accordance with CSA Standard B51, Boiler, Pressure Vessel and Pressure Piping Code
